SHIPPING INFORMATION

By processing your payment and completing your order with us, you accept the following terms and conditions regarding the shipping and delivery of your order.

Shipping Time:

Please note, we cannot control processing delays in customs or additional delivery time to locations in the rest of the world.

International Customs Fees

All customs fees, taxes and any other additional costs associated with your purchase overseas are on your own responsibility. These are not included in the cost of the order or shipping fee.

We suggest contacting your local customs office if you are unsure of the applicable taxes and customs fees that are relevant to your purchase. We are not responsible for any additional taxes and customs charges that are requested during the shipment of your order. We do not offer refunds for these costs.

If an order is refused by a customer due to customs fees, the parcel will be held and then be abandoned if these fees are not paid in this time. We are not responsible for the handling of an abandoned order.

Order Tracking:

Once your order is packed and leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can track the delivery status of your order.

Refund policy

Cancellation

We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is canceled you will get full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out.

Returns (if applicable)

We accept return of products. Customers have the right to apply for a return within 14 days after the receipt of the product.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer or our transit station.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you a notification of receipt. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@Monartwealth.com.
